This week’s practical insight
One of the biggest differences between an okay AI-generated track and one that actually feels like a hit is simple: always generate at least 4 to 6 versions in Suno.
Click Create 2 or 3 times to get those versions. The vocal tone, energy, and melody can change dramatically between versions. The first one is almost never the best. Version 5 or 6 is often the one that feels like the song you actually heard in your head.
Real world use case from our build
When we created Blake Brody’s “5 to 9”, I wrote every lyric myself to keep full copyright. I fed them into Suno (free tier), generated multiple versions, picked the strongest full song, used Nano Banana2 to make the promo, then Canva with their free templates to make the promotion and cover art, and started the rollout. That simple system is already driving the first real momentum for the single.
